This Privacy Policy describes how Quick Physio Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile-responsive website and services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information we collect

• Account & profile: mobile number, name, gender, age, email, address, pincode, and family-member information you choose to add.
• Health information: the problem/body-part you share when booking, session notes submitted by your physio, and any documents you upload.
• Usage data: device identifiers, pages visited, IP address, search history and time of access.
• Payment data: handled exclusively by Razorpay — we do not store your card number or UPI credentials.

2. How we use it

• To match you with a suitable physiotherapist.
• To facilitate booking, payment and communication with the physio.
• To send transactional alerts (WhatsApp, SMS, push).
• To improve the Platform, fight fraud and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We share information with the assigned physiotherapist, payment gateways (Razorpay), transactional messaging providers, and cloud hosting providers — strictly to provide the service. We never sell your personal information.

4. Your controls

You can edit or delete your profile, family members and addresses at any time from /my/profile. To delete your account, email support@quickphysio.in.

5. Retention

We retain session records for 7 years per Indian medical record retention norms, and delete other information within a reasonable time after you close your account.
