By using Quick Physio you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Quick Physio is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physiotherapists. We do not practise medicine or physiotherapy ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to create an account. You can book sessions for family members for whom you are legally authorised to act.

3. Bookings & payments

• Prices shown at the time of booking are final.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Cancellations up to 2 hours before the session are free. Later cancellations may incur a fee, shown before you confirm.

4. Medical disclaimer

Physiotherapy sessions are provided by independent, licensed professionals. Their advice does not replace emergency medical care. If you have chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe injury, or any emergency — call your local emergency number immediately.

5. Conduct

Please treat your physiotherapist with respect. Abuse, harassment or unsafe environments are grounds for immediate termination of service.

6. Liability

Quick Physio facilitates discovery and booking; clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the treating physiotherapist. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed session.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
